Great Vid. Even though my mom didn't follow the steps completly, it still tasted great but I bet the one you made tasted better.

I made this dish yesterday and it was great. I noticed that when you add the sauté'd ingredients to the meat, it tastes perfect, so this would be the time to server it immediately. I had to let it sit together for about 15 minutes because no one was ready to eat, and for some reason it lost the perfect flavor. Either way, it was delicious.
