Throw the pitch with the exact same arm speed as you would a fastball. The change in speeds will occur with the grip that you have on the baseball. Having the same arm speed will trick the batter into thinking its going to be a fastball.
Good luck!

Well, it's kinda the nature of the pitch. You'll obviously want a consistent release, but it's never really going to do the same thing twice if it's a true knuckleball.

Great example. For those people with smaller hands, you can place your thumb straight under the ball as you would for a typical fastball. And with practice, you can snap you wrist and pop your fingures (as opposed to a pushing motion) to give it a little more speed but still no spin. And you can change the break of the ball depending on where the seems are. So once you perfect the no spin part, rotate your grip around the ball and see what happens. Have fun.

Man, I wish you could actually see the ball dance a little better in the ViewDo. When we were filming it seemed much more dramatic in person. I'm thinking one might need to use a higher speed camera to truly capture the motion of the ball.
