Truely the work of a genius, it looks like a tasty medicine ball. i love grated apple but it goes brown really quickly, and i want to see if putting it in orange juice will keep it from doing so.

The apple half of the orple does have a slight citrus taste.
The orange half of the orple is unaffected by it's close proximity to the apple!

i wonder... lynn when you do this... do the apple taste any diferent? im not gonna try this for preservatives but to glue it together with chocolate iceing , im gonna peel the orange... and make an orple+chocolate...ill let you know how it tastes! thanks! :P :P :P
